GUARANTEE WITH ROADSIDE
TIRES: MUST HAVE 305 GLOBAL MARKETING APPLIED IN ORDER TO FILE A TIRE CLAIM.
New/Used Vehicle Tire Product Guarantee: (as checked above) REPLACEMENT POLICY: TIRE must be damaged beyond repair or blown-out, resulting from a road hazard and have at least 3/32-inch tread depth remaining. Notice: Registered owner will be reimbursed 100% of the cost of a new tire including mounting and balancing, new valve stem and sales tax as shown on the sales invoice. EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This does not apply to (a) Tire failure outside the Continental United States and Canada; (b) A Tire that does not have 305 GLOBAL MARKETING installed in it. (c) Destruction of tire due to impact with a curb or sidewall damage (does not qualify as a road hazard); (d) Replacement of tires due to normal wear, by misalignment or suspension problems; (e) Rim leaks, manufacturers defects, vandalism, fire, upset collision, theft, or misuse occasioned by driving on tire(s) when flat; (f) Tires installed on trucks over 1 ton capacity and vehicles other than on-road passenger or recapped tires; (g) Failure occurring from operating on any surface other than Federal, State, County, City or Municipality paved roads or highways; (h) Tires transferred from vehicle on which they were originally installed or failure to file claim within 48 hours of the occurrence. CLAIM PROCEDURE: Call Administrator below within 48 hours of road hazard occurrence for authorization before repair or replacement. Administrator must authorize the service and the cost of the repair or replacement, and issue an authorization number. If Administrator approves the claim, it will have the right to approve the reimbursement amount requested or to send replacement tire within 24 hours, at it's sole discretion. For payment, send within 30 days the following: (A) Copy of this contract with authorization number; (B) Copy of sales invoice for replacement of tire and/or wheel (if applicable); (C) Tread depth of damaged tire must be shown on sales invoice. TIRE POLICY LIMITS: Tire Repair, up to $25 per repair with a limit of two repairs per policy term. Tire Replacement, up to $200 per tire with a $600 per term limit.
As a member, you will receive access to toll-free Roadside Assistance number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year when the Covered Vehicle(s) indicated above are disabled. Our professional dispatchers are available to assist you with roadside needs and will dispatch an emergency service vehicle to your aid (Limited One call per type of services every 7-day period). If for any reason our Dispatch Center cannot provide the Covered Services indicated below, You must receive authorization from the Dispatch Center to use the service of Your choice, and the Membership Club will reimburse you up to the maximum of $100 upon the presentation of the original paid tow company receipt.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:
EMERGENCY MECHANICAL SERVICE: All service vehicles are equipped to provide You with minor mechanical assistance to enable a disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power. EMERGENCY TIRE SERVICE: An experienced service person will remove the flat tire and install inflated spare from mount to wheel. EMERGENCY DELIVERY: A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil or other necessary supplies. Member is responsible for payment of the delivered supplies. EMERGENCY BATTERY SERVICE: All service vehicles are equipped to boost batteries to get you on your way. EMERGENCY TOWING SERVICE: If Your Covered Vehicle becomes disabled, Roadside Assistance will provide towing to the destination of your choice, up to a maximum of $ 50 per incidence. Police ordered towing is not covered. EMERGENCY LOCKOUT SERVICE: If you accidentally lock yourself out of your vehicle or you loose or break your keys, a Roadside Assistance representative will dispatch a locksmith. Coverage is limited to $25 per incident, not to exceed 3 incidents per coverage term.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Owner may cancel the policy within 60 days of activation if the policy has not been used, and will receive reimbursement of the premium paid less a $25 cancellation fee. Policy may not be cancelled after 60 days from activation or once any policy benefit has been used. 1-year Roadside Assistance Package: Your program will become activated once you receive your membership kit in the mail.
